Our idyllic semi-detached house with a huge garden is ideal for families with children, friends traveling together, guests with dogs, cyclists, and anglers. Free Wi-Fi is available. Two apartments, each with a separate entrance, are provided. The semi-detached layout is especially attractive for families traveling together. House 1 accommodates 4 people—perfect for 2 adults and 2 children (3 children possible). Up to 3 extra beds can be arranged, with sleeping options tailored to the ages of children, babies, or additional adults. The property features a spacious natural garden with fruit trees and berry bushes, ideal for families and cyclists. There is a large parking area on the premises (room for trailers), and the property is fenced. Each apartment has its own terrace with barbecue facilities. Anglers have access to a separate room and a fish cleaning station. Non-smoking apartments. Located on the edge of the village with direct access to cycling paths. A restaurant is 100 m away, doctor and physiotherapy 500 m. Juliusruh Baltic Sea beach is 14 km away, a swimming spot on the Bodden is 4.5 km away, and Schaprode harbor (with slipway, crane, and ferry to Hiddensee) is 6 km away. Shopping is available in Gingst, Bergen, and Samtens. Upstairs, there is a double bed, a small sofa bed, and a travel cot can be added. Downstairs, the living room sofa converts to a sofa bed, and there is a separate dining room. The outbuilding offers a lounge, drying, and changing room.
